Terms and Conditions
Fixed Transportation Charge:
Gombak & Kuala Lumpur : No charge
Outside Gombak & Kuala Lumpur : RM0.60/KM
Accommodation Charge
Outside of Selangor within Malaysia, accommodation fee minimum RM200
Deposit Payment
A RM100 / RM200 'non refundable' deposit is required to confirm any booking of ShaXuan Photography. Bookings are made on a strictly first come first served basis. Dates will ONLY be secured upon receipt of the deposit.
Payment Terms
* Deposit (see above) - payable on booking ShaXuan Photography.
* Balance of payment - payable 2 weeks PRIOR to the shoot or wedding day.
* Extra albums, prints and services - orders with 3rd party suppliers will not be placed until payment is received in full.
* No images will be released until the final balance is paid in full.
Cancellation Fees
If a booking is cancelled by the Client less than three months of the starting date, the Photographer reserves the right to charge his full deposit for the assignment. If a booking is cancelled up to three months of the starting date, the Photographer may charge 50% of his deposit.
Cancellation by The Photographer
In the highly unlikely event of cancellation by the Photographer, or unavoidable total photographic failure’ liability shall be limited to a full refund of any booking fees and fees paid. Re-shoots may be arranged if practicable but the Photographer will not be responsible for any further costs.

b. The Photographer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
